Her diverse experiences, from a rustic childhood on a 2000-acre ranch to achieving groundbreaking feats in extreme sports, have uniquely positioned her as a leader with a rich tapestry of skills and insights.

Born on April 14th, 1983, in a two-story rock house, Hannah was raised alongside her siblings on a sprawling 2000-acre ranch. This upbringing instilled in her a profound work ethic, a value that would guide her throughout her life.

Despite the demanding workload, she cherished the freedom to explore her boundless imagination. Hours were spent riding bareback over thousands of acres, where she often felt like a guardian of her own kingdom, dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of those within her realm.

From a young age, Hannah closely followed her older brother's footsteps, embarking on shared journeys that would later include collaborations in various business ventures. Following high school, she pursued a career in extreme skiing, relocating to Bozeman, MT, with aspirations of becoming a professional athlete. Fate intervened when she discovered freeride mountain biking while working at a local bike shop. Hannah etched her name in history by becoming the first woman to execute a backflip on a mountain bike, an achievement that propelled her into the realm of professional extreme sports as she was picked up by Gary Fisher Mountain Bikes.

Her adventures with Gary Fisher Mountain Bikes took her on a globe-trotting odyssey, but her path took a new turn when she became a single mother. Undeterred, she transitioned into the realm of high-end jewelry design for exclusive boutiques and manufacturers. Hannah's entrepreneurial spirit then led her to the world of consulting, where she harnessed her expertise in personality strategy and her hybrid philosophy to empower individuals both personally and professionally.

During this transformative period, Hannah was called upon by her brother's real estate investment firm, R Investments, to establish R'k Angels Protection Group—a high-risk armed security company tasked with overseeing property security in the face of challenges like gangs, drug dealers, prostitution, and other threats to resident safety and security.

Her unwavering commitment to understanding and empowering individuals brought her back to her first love—personality assessments. She delved deep into the realm of assessments and tools, aiming to unlock the true potential of her clients. This journey led her to become the Director of Vision and Culture for R. Investments as well as other real estate investment firms, ultimately culminating in her decision to pursue her true passion full-time as the COO of R. Communities. As the COO, Hannah will get to use her passion to build strong leaders and teams that will cultivate and nurture a strong and healthy culture for properties and communities across the nation.

Hannah's embrace of all her life experiences has not only enriched her own existence but has also fueled her unyielding determination to live life to the fullest.
